1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any MojoMeters service, including MuskMeter, TrumpMeter, TateMeter, and mojometers.live (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
MojoMeters provides data analytics and visualization tools that aggregate publicly available social media activity. Our Services are purely informational. We do not facilitate, execute, or recommend trades, nor do we handle user funds or connect to any trading platform.
3. No Financial Advice
Nothing on our Services constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other form of professional advice. Data, statistics, charts, and any other content are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions on external platforms.
4. Accounts & Subscriptions
Some features require a registered account and a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments at the stated price. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Subscriptions are per-meter (e.g., MuskMeter Premium) and do not automatically grant access to other meters. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record. We do not store your payment details.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping or bulk-downloading data, interfering with service availability, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code comprising the Services are owned by MojoMeters. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. Data sourced from third parties (e.g., social media posts) remains the property of the respective platforms and their users.
8. Availability & Data Accuracy
We strive to keep the Services available and data accurate, but we make no guarantees. Services may be interrupted for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Do not rely on our Services as your sole source of information for any decision.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MojoMeters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. This includes any decisions made or actions taken based on information provided by the Services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Active subscriptions will not be renewed after termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Services or email where possible.
